About Me
The reason for this blog? A deep passion for food and an understanding how we can all sustain a healthy body when foods are used correctly to fuel them. As a society, we've become so far removed from the table that we hardly know what basic vegetables are. Go back to where it started; the farm! Visit a local farm or market and take your kids. Educate them on the different fruits, vegetables, meat, fish etc. Get them involved with meal preparation and take the time to discuss the health benefits of what they're eating. And, most importantly, have fun eating around the table with the tv off. Enjoy!
